Coach terms
The health coach is responsible for the quality of the coaching. LetsGo is a communication platform. It is not the coach, not the clinic, and not a medical service.
What LetsGo is
LetsGo gives coaches a place to message members, keep notes, run programs, and use Grokki. Grokki is an AI agent that helps the coach work faster. It drafts. The coach decides what a member sees. LetsGo does not supervise the coaching and does not take on the coach’s duty of care.
What stays with the coach
You are responsible for your advice, your qualifications, and the laws of the place where you coach. You do not practise medicine from a coach account. You do not prescribe, diagnose, or present LetsGo as your clinic. If a member needs a doctor, you say so.
Opening the hub
A finished application opens the coach hub. An admin does not have to approve you first. An admin can block or remove access if the platform is misused. Blocking stops the login. It is not a review of your clinical skill, because LetsGo does not provide that review.
No income promise
Programs, events, and invites may create earnings under a separate contract. These terms do not promise income, members, or a medical outcome.
