1. Identification & Scope
This Privacy Protocol ("Protocol") describes how Resohealth LLC Fz, a company incorporated in the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC), Dubai, UAE, processes personal and biological data.
Our processing activities are governed by the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and the regulations set forth by the DMCC.
2. Data Acquisition
Biological Markers
We process data points from the ENABL Age-Q assessment, including weight, height, heart rate, and lifestyle markers to compute biological age trajectories.
Identity Protocol
Upon clinical registration, we collect contact credentials, billing information (managed via Stripe), and interaction logs for the Atlas Intelligence Engine.
3. Intelligence & Processing
Your biological data is analyzed by the LETSGO Intelligence Engine to curate personalized geroscience roadmaps. We do not sell your data to third parties. Data is shared with:
Clinical Partners: Licensed MDs in our Singapore and Dubai panels for teleconsult verification.
Storage Infrastructure: Google Firebase (Ireland/Global) with AES-256 encryption protocol.
Payment Engine: Stripe Inc. for secure subscription management and PCI-DSS compliance.
4. Member Sovereignty
Under UAE PDPL, you possess the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of your biological profile. To trigger an Integrity Audit or Data Termination, contact our DMCC DPO at privacy@resohealth.life.
Data Integrity Sync
By using the LETSGO protocol, you consent to the cross-border processing of biological data necessary for geroscience analysis. Your data is stored in clinical clouds engineered for high-fidelity longevity tracking.
