Clinics

Refer the client. Keep the chart.

LetsGo does not want your EMR data or a platform integration. You refer a client to a health coach for education, weight management and general wellness. The clinic is the group. The person who signs the account is the coach.

After review, that person is opened as a coach and the clinic receives a QR code. The code is the same invite the coach already uses, so it is not an orphan link. Clients who scan it join that coach and show up in the clinic group.

  1. 01 No EMR. No integration.

A clinic does not send charts, labs or a software connection. It refers a client for education, weight management and general wellness.

  2. 02 The signer is the coach.

The person who opens the clinic account is provisioned as the clinic coach. The clinic is the group. That coach manages the clients in the group.

  3. 03 One QR, tied to the invite.

Each approved clinic receives a QR and a short link built from that coach’s invite code. It is not a separate, unowned code.

  4. 04 Clients land in the practice.

People who scan join that coach. The clinic coach sees them in LetsGo. Prescribing stays with the client’s physician.

Other coaches can work with clients inside the same practice later. The clinic owner is the person who can see everyone who arrived through the clinic QR.
