Clinic partner terms

These terms apply to clinics in the United States that refer clients to a LetsGo health coach. Sign-up is free. The clinic does not send EMR data and does not connect clinic software to LetsGo. The referral is for education, weight management and general wellness. LetsGo does not publish treatment, dosing, prescribing, or outcome claims.

The person who submits the clinic account is the clinic coach and owns the clinic group. After email verification and review, LetsGo opens that coach seat and issues a QR code built from the coach invite. That code is not a separate unowned link. Clients who use it join that coach and are visible in the coach’s practice.

Diagnosis, prescribing and dosing stay with a licensed physician. A coach does not practise medicine through this programme. You agree not to upload charts, labs or other medical records as part of this referral.

LetsGo may suspend or reject a partner that misrepresents services, makes medical claims, or fails verification. Contact support@letsgo.health with questions.
