Mindfulness and Stress Management Workshop

  Activity: A mindfulness coach or meditation expert can lead a guided session on stress management techniques, such as deep breathing, body scanning, and mindfulness meditation.
Purpose: Helps employees reduce stress, improve focus, and enhance overall well-being. It’s a great way to improve mental health and create a calmer work environment.
Interactive Element: Offer follow-up resources like a daily mindfulness challenge or a company-wide “quiet hour” to practice mindfulness together.
